3. Attachments to the notification:

After receiving a notification the dealer will take all necessary actions.
You will be informed about the recognition of the claim and following
steps.
The dealers or agents of the Builder are not entitled to modify the above
described warranty. Nevertheless, they are authorized, for their own
account and under their sole responsibility, to grant other warranties that
would in no way be under the Builder’s responsibility.
HULL and DECK WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for 2 years and covers all manufacturing defects
recognized as such by the Builder’s technical departments. The warranty
period starts to run from the day of delivery - the date of confirmation of
your Warranty Certificate or after the last day of the production year
counting the latest August 31 of each year.
For boats being used for professional purposes, including but not limited
to charter, sailing schools or boats used for racing the warranty is limited
to one year after the date of first handover.
The warranty is strictly limited to the free repair or replacement of
manufacturing defects either in the Builder’s yards or by a repair shop or
shipyard approved by the Builder. No indemnity whatsoever shall be paid
in this respect.
Cracks and defects resulting from improper maintenance, crash,
grounding, careless handling during transport, hauling or moving the boat
are not to be covered by warranty.
Any incident which affects the structure of the boat not resultingfrom a
manufacturing defect under warranty, which may or may not have
qualified for a reparation of the hull and deck, will without prejudice result
in the immediate cancellation of the warranty.
In order to be covered by contractual warranties set out above, we kindly
ask you to follow the procedure as described under General warranty
conditions.
