• All defects concerning the engine and belonging installations benefit
from the warranty provided by the producer of the engine. The
warranty claim should be filed directly to the producer’s dealer in your
home country,
• Parts or accessories visibly bearing a trademark of another supplier
benefit from the warranty provided by that supplier,
• Sun exposure may cause gelcoat and wooden parts to change colour.
The purpose of any warranty is only to cover defects that may have arisen
during the manufacturing process. Therefore, we cannot cover problems
arising from:
• Deterioration of parts which were replaced with inappropriate parts of
another origin or were modified or repaired by an unauthorized
person,
• Incorrect repairs by an unauthorised person
• The fitting of non-approved parts, additional equipment and bodywork
or other unauthorised modifications
• Damage resulting from:
− A failure to follow maintenance instructions and recommendations
as described in the Owner’s and User’s Manual, booklets or normal
practice of boat maintenance,
− Improper use, especially negligent, reckless, abusive or abnormal
use,
− Negligence with regards to the use of protective measures when
necessary,
− An accident or disaster such as crash, grounding, explosion, fire,
storm, lightning, transportation, riot, theft or shock.
• Damage resulting from exceeding CE category limits,
• Exceeding loads recommendations.
Warranty claim prolongs the absolute warranty period for a time for which
the owner was unable to use the boat due to the repairs. The part of the
boat which was repaired or replaced will be under new warranty period
counting from the date of the after-warranty delivery.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
If a problem occurs we would like the matter to be solved simply and fast.
To provide you the best service we kindly ask you to contact your dealer
and act in accordance with the following procedure:
1. Notify in writing (mail or email) the dealer of your home country within
15 days from discovering the defect.
2. The notification should include:
− HIN Number of your boat
− Owner’s name
− Location of the boat
− Date of discovering the problem
− Date of the warranty claim
