4. Device status indicators
4.1 left red LED（power/ working condition）
Connect DC 9-24V power supply and the red LED will light
continuously.
4.2 Right green LED（GPS signal indicator）
The LED glistens when getting the GPS signals normally. When the
LED can not light or light continuously, the GPS can not get the signals.
4.3 Blue LED in the Middle（GSM signal indicator）
The LED glistens when getting the GPRS data normally. When
the LED can not light or light continuously, the GPS can not get the
signals.
