      If the hand control LED on your Serta Indoor Furnishing doesn't light up or seems to work but won't activate the bed, check these things: * Make sure the power cord is properly plugged into a working, grounded outlet. You can test the outlet by plugging in another appliance. * Confirm that the hand control wire is securely connected to the hand control port on the control unit, which is located on the bottom of the bed or Y-Cable.
