Remove the connection pipe between indoor
and outdoor units.
Separate the connection pipe betweenindoor and outdoor
units.

Remove the pipe-stopping plate.
Remove the two (2) screws on the pipe-stopping plate for the
indoor unit, and then remove the pipe-stopping plate.

Remove the damping board.
Remove the two (2) screws on the damping board, and then
remove the damping board.

Remove the evaporator.
1) Remove the six (6) screws between evaporator and
bottom case.

2) Turn over the indoor unit and adjust the pipe line to the
position as shown by the broken line.
3) Lift up the evaporator, and then remove the evaporator.

Remove the xing plate of motor.
Remove the two (2) screws on the xing plate of motor, and
then remove the xing plate of motor.

Remove the cross ow fan and motor.
1) Remove the two (2) screws fixing cross flow fan and
motor.

2) Remove the motor sub-assy.
3) Separate the two (2) cross ow fans.
19.
Remove the cushion rubber.
1) Remove the cushion rubber on the cross ow fan.
