IC804 2PIN AUDIO (L)-OUT
IC804 6PIN AUDIO (R)-OUT
Replace IC804.
Check the periphery between Pin(1,7) of IC804
and the audio terminal (JK805), and service it if
defective.
Check each line between each pin of CN201
and each pin of IC804 on MAIN CBA, and service it
if defective.

CN201 15PIN → IC804 6PIN AUDIO(R)-OUT
Are the analog audio signals inputted to each pin
of IC804?
Are the analog audio signals outputted to each pin
of IC804?
Are the audio signals outputted to the specific
output terminal?
Are the audio signals outputted to the audio
terminal (JK805)?
Are the audio signals outputted to the audio
terminal (JK751)?

Are the audio signals outputted to Pin(4,14) of
IC1406?
Are Pin(9,10,11) of IC1406 become "L" level?
Replace IC1406.
No
Replace IC501.

Do Pin(19) of CN201 and Pin(56) of IC501
become "H" level?
Check the line between Pin(4,14) of IC1406 and
audio terminal (JK751), and service it if defective.
If Pin(19) of CN201 become "L" level, replace
DVD Mechanism & DVD Main CBA Assembly.
If Pin(56) of IC501 become "L" level, replace
IC501.
Replace the DVD Mechanism & DVD Main CBA
Assembly.
