What to do if Sharp Washer/Dryer does not drain?
    • A
      anthonysmithAug 20, 2025
If your Sharp Washer/Dryer isn't draining or spinning, make sure the drain hose is straightened to the drain system. Check that the drain pump filter isn't clogged and that the drain hose isn't frozen or clogged. Ensure the drain hose is connected to a drain system that is not clogged. Close the door and press or tap Start/Pause. If the washing machine is not supplied with sufficient power, the washing machine temporarily will not drain or spin. If you encounter a drain restriction, call for service.

Why is spin time extended on Sharp Washer/Dryer?
    • J
      Jessica ReyesSep 5, 2025
If the spin time is extended or the spin speed is low in your Sharp Washer/Dryer, it may be due to the Fuzzy control inspecting the balance during spinning. When there are excessive foams, the time on the display will cease for a spell, meanwhile the machine is eliminating the foams rather than fault, and the machine will automatically return to normal program if finished.
