To program a Rapid Key number,
press a Rapid Key (to select Rapid
Keys 33 through 48, flip up the Rapid
Key overlay).
To program a Speed Dial number,
press the SPEED DIAL key and then
enter a number from “1” to “100”. (If
you enter less than three digits, press
the START key to complete the
entry.)

Enter the fax number by pressing the
numeric keys (max. of 34 digits
including pauses).
• To clear a mistake, press the
CLEAR key.
• If a pause is required between any
of the digits to access a special
service or an outside line, press the
REDIAL key (two seconds per
pause). The pause will appear as a
hyphen. Several pauses can be
entered in a row.
