• Check if the child lock is set.
To cancel the child lock, press the Child lock button for at least
3 seconds or more.
You cannot operate the
unit.
• It is mineral or iron substance in tap water. It is not a defect.
Drain water and clean the Humidifying Filter / Tray.
Water or the Humidifying
Filter / Tray gets red,
yellow, or white stain.
Lock
Want to fix the main unit.
• Lower the Caster Lock (2 positions on right and left
sides) to fix the casters. Be sure to use right and left
Casters at the same time.
The unit does not operate
in the same setting as the
previous operation. (When
the operation is restarted
or after the operation of
Plasmacluster Ion Shower
mode )
• Check if the plug has been removed from the socket.
The default setting is restored if the plug is removed from the socket.
(You can set the Auto Restart function)
