Sim 44-02 Image Density & Registration Sensor Adjustment.
Sim 44-06 Process Control execution.
Sim 44-26 Half tone process control execution.
Sim 50-22 Drum Position & Registration Adjustment - select ALL.
Sim 61-13 Clear laser F/R density correction data.
Sim 61-11 Laser F/R density variation correction execution.
Sim 46-74 Automatic Colour Balance Adjustment (Copy & Printer).
Sim 46-01 Adjust Copy Exposure Density (Colour).
Sim 46-02 Adjust Copy Exposure Density (B/W).
Clean Platen Glass, Mirrors, CCD, and white reference plate.
Clean DSPF Scanning Glass.
PAPER FEED & TRANSPORT SECTION:
Check/Clean ALL Paper Path Sensors (including Duplex unit).
Check/Clean ALL PF Transport Rollers.
Check/Clean ALL TRAY PF Rollers (check tray counter using Sim 22-09) –
replace every 100k (individual tray) or after 1 year.
Sim 24-02 Clear Individual Tray Counter (only after PF roller replacement)
Check/Clean SPF Pick-Up, Paper Feed & Separation Rollers (check SPF
counter using Sim 22-08) – replace every 100k or after 1 year.
Check/Clean SPF Paper Feed Torque Limiter – replace every 800k.
Check/Clean ALL Transport Rollers.
Check/Clean Second Scan Section Scanning Glass.
Check/Clean Lamp Section & Reflector.
PROCESS SECTION:
In addition to Total / K schedule (and/or colour schedule if indicated):-
Replace PTC unit (MX-607CU).
Check Waste Toner Container & Replace LSU Cleaning Base (MX-607HB).
Sim 24-04 Clear PTC Counters.
Replace Fusing Belt Kit (MX-607FB):-
Fusing Belt Unit
Replace Pressure Roller Kit (MX-607LH):-
Pressure Roller
Apply UKOG-0235FCZZ grease to the shaft section of the Pressure Roller.
Check/Clean both Upper and Lower Thermistors.
