Frozen Vegetable Chart 
 
1.  Place vegetables in a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a lid. 
2.  Halfway through cooking, stir the vegetables to ensure even cooking. 
3.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

remaining water and serving.
