CHANGING THE PISTON
Tighten the cylinder head fastening
screws using a dynamometer
gauged at 11NM.
Place and tighten the bracket joining
the chassis to the cylinder head.
Place the cooling circuit sleeves.
Place and tighten the sleeve fastening
clamps using specifi c pliers.
Screw in the spark plug.
Apply lubricant to the area where the
exhaust pipe joins the muffl er in
order to facilitate the connection.
Place the exhaust pipe gasket and
make sure it fi ts correctly.
