This section explains how to handle an assist bicycle that has had SHIMANO STEPS installed.
Depending on the assist bicycle used, the installed battery, cycle computer, and switch unit may differ from
what is listed here. Refer to the “ SHIMANO STEPS Special Battery and Parts User's Manual ”, “SHIMANO
STEPS Cycle Computer User's Manual” ( clamp band type / bracket installation type / switch unit integrated
type ) and “Switch Unit User's Manual ( with LED indicator function / without LED indicator function ).”
Charge the battery.
