WARNING!
Electrostatic energy can cause irreparable damage to the
device. These concern specifically invisible damages to
sensitive electronic components, which can be considerably
impaired in their function. Damages to these electronic
components can subsequentely lead to the failure of the
device.
Removal of the controller from the control cabinet
Before shutting-down the controller, all involved parties must be informed of the
maintenance and repair work.
Disconnect the power supply of the controller.
Label all connections and cables on the rear side of the controller before removal
to ensure a clear allocation during re-installation.
During the removal and installation of the controller it must be ensured that the
connection cables are not trapped, damaged or subjected to strong mechanical
stress. The permissible minimal bending radii of the connection cables must be
adhered to.
The four cross recessed head screws on both brackets at the front of the device
must be loosened in order to remove the controller from the guides / mountings of
the 19” control cabinet.
Caution!
Please note during the removal of the controller that the device has a weight of
approx. 13 kg!
