Make phone calls through a network pro-
vider who offers cheap rates (call-by-call).
Linking a number with a
call-by-call number
You can store the codes (call-by-call num-
bers) from several network providers in the
local directory (page 38).
To prefix a number with a call-by-call
number ("linking"), when the base is in idle
status:
s Press briefly to open the local
directory.
s Select entry (call-by-call
number).
§Options§ Press the display key.
Display Number
Select and press
§OK§.
The call-by-call number is shown on the dis-
play.
~c Enter the number and pick up
the receiver.
Or:
s Press briefly again to copy the
number from the local directory.
q Select entry (
¢ page 39).
q If there are several numbers
stored in the entry:
Select the number and
press
§OK§.
c Pick up the receiver. Both num-
bers are dialled.
Displaying call duration
The duration of each call appears in the dis-
play for all external calls
u During the conversation
u Until approximately 3 seconds after
replacing the receiver.
Please note
The actual duration of the call can vary
from that shown by a few seconds.
