Setting an appointment (calendar)

Displaying missed appointments, anniversaries
Appointments/anniversaries (¢ page 49) are displayed in the Reminders / Events
list if:
u You do not accept an appointment/anniversary.
u The appointment/anniversary was signalled during a phone call.
u The handset was deactivated at the time of the appointment/anniversary.
You can open the Reminders / Events list via the message page in the idle display.
The following icon is displayed for the list.
¤ Touch the icon to open the list.
¤ Delete an entry: ¤Touch [ ü Delete]. ¤Touch the entry in the list. ¤Touch
[
ü Delete].
If 20 entries are saved in the list, the oldest entry is deleted at the time of the next
unacknowledged appointment reminder.
Setting a reminder call
¤ In the Settings menu (¢ page 25), touch [
ì
Audio Settings]. ¤ Touch the ’
next to Reminder Signal.
¤ Adjust the volume with Ô / Ó or activate the crescendo call with the button
next to Crescendo.
¤ Touch the ’ next to Sound. ¤ Select the ringtone. ¤ Back with ‘.
