Custom Installation
For users who want to specify the location of the ViewPoint HD software and support files, double-click
the folder Install Files and run setup.exe. This will prompt the user for additional details.
Installation Trouble Shooting
Successful installation of ViewPoint HD may be prevented by settings specific to your PC for the following
reasons:
1) Anti-virus protection software may interfere with the installation of ViewPoint HD. If the installation
does not complete for this reason, try temporarily disabling the virus protection software on your
PC and re-attempt the installation.
2) Administrative Access. In some cases, user privilege settings may disallow the installation of new
applications. This may require logging in as an administrator.
