If "Executive 1" does not answer the call, so erfolgt ein
Wiederanruf ( see also Æ page 99) nach einer einge-
stellten Zeit.
Consultation without connecting
S Press the DSS "Executive 1" key. "Executive 1" answers.
Transferring is not wanted. The "Sekretary 1" takes the
call back
Select and confirm the option shown in the pop-up me-
nu. The "Sekretary 1" is reconnected with the caller.
Toggle, disconnect or conference
During a consultation call "Sekretary 1" can toggle bet-
ween "Executive 1" and the caller, can initiate a confe-
rence or disconnect one of the two call parties. More on
this subject can be found on pages Æ page 67 and
Æ page 107.
The "Executive 1" direct station selection key on
the "Sekretary 1" phone illuminates.
Disconnect & return
