■ M07 HIGH PRESSURE COOLANT(COOJET) ON
Function
It is possible to operate high pressure coolant equipment of the cool jet system.
■ M08 COOLANT ON
Operate Coolant connected to Turret.
Condition of Command
Operate coolant motor by coolant ON push button switch on operation panel.
- When coolant OFF switch is pressed, coolant is impossible to work automatically.
■ M09 COOLANT OFF
Function
Stop Coolant connected to Turret.
Stop operation of high pressure coolant pump and coolant pump
■ M14 MAIN CHUCK AIR BLOW ON
Function
Operate Air Blow. Operation is different according to the Machine Data Setting.
■ M15 MAIN CHUCK AIR BLOW OFF
Function
Stop Air Blow which is working.
■ M19 SPINDLE ORIENTATION
Function
Spindle stops in specific position that is defined by parameter.
■ M20 LOADER CALL
Call Gantry-Loader or Robot Operation.
M-code will be finished by completion signal of Gantry-Loader or Robot.
