8.4 Deleting
Data Records
Data
records of a recipe can be deleted from the data record directory
. These
data records are then no longer available for the recipe.
When a data record which is active in the PLC is deleted from the directory
of the OP
, this data record still continues to be active in the PLC.
Proceed as follows to delete data records.
Step Procedure

Select

Edit
in the standard screen.

Select the desired recipe from the recipe directory
.

Using the cursor keys, select the data record to be deleted from
the data record directory
.
4 Press
INS
DEL
5 T
o delete
: Press
T
o not delete:
Press
ESC
ENTER

Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary
.
If only one single data record exists, this record cannot be
deleted.

Exit the standard screen with
ESC
