Out-drive types and bearing versions
1PH7 induction motors are suitable for coupling and belt out-drives. The bearing
versions and their applications are summarized in Table 1-11.

Horizontal mounting
The bearing change intervals are reduced for unfavorable operating conditions,
for example
– Average speed > as specified in Table 1-12
– Vibration and shock load
– Frequent reversing operation
