Preface
Information on the documentation
This document is part of the Technical Customer Documentation which has been
developed for the SIMODRIVE drive converter system. All of the documents are
available individually. The documentation list, which includes all Advertising Bro-
chures, Catalogs, Overview, Short Descriptions, Operating Instructions and Techni-
cal Descriptions with order number, ordering address and price can be obtained
from your local Siemens office.
For reasons of transparency, this document does not include detailed information
about all of the product types. Further, it cannot take into account every conceiv-
able installation, operation or service/maintenance situation.
We would also like to point-out that the contents of this document are neither part
of nor modify any prior or existing agreement, commitment or contractual relation-
ship. The sales contract contains the entire obligation of Siemens. The warranty
contained in the contract between the parties is the sole warranty of Siemens. Any
statements contained herein neither create new warranties nor modify the existing
warranty.
