4. In the commissioning tool or in the web server the following alarm message is displayed:
"1840: SMI: Component without motor data found (component number): x"
The component number x is the number of the motor with the replaced encoder.
The component number is also in the associated alarm value r2124 (decimal).
Open the alarm message.

Parameter p4690 species for which component number (for which motor) the data of the
electronic rating plate should be restored.
There, enter the components number that was just determined.
