7. Align the displayed motor data.
8. Save the ".bin" 󹪝les displayed under "Downloads" to a storage medium.
– Click on the appropriate 󹪝le.

– There are di󹪜erent paths depending on the system con󹪝guration used.
Select the correct path.
For SINAMICS standalone devices (e.g. CU250,
CU305, CU310-2, CU320-2 and SIMOTION
D410-2 as well as
for integrated platforms SIMOTION D4xx, SIN‐
UMERIK NCU7xx, NCU17xx, PPU1740, etc):
For SINAMICS, SIMOTION or SINUMERIK with
expansion modules (e.g. SIMOTION CX32, SIN‐
UMERIK NX10, SINUMERIK NX15, etc.)
/USER/SINAMICS/DATA/SMI_DATA /USER/SINAMICS/DATA/❑❑/SMI_DATA
– Create a new directory C2xx with a still unused number for "xx", and save the data there.
– Note the directory number, e.g. "250" for directory "C250". You require this number in the
next step.
9. Insert the storage medium into the Control Unit (CU) of the converter.
10.Start the CU (Power OFF -> POWER ON).
