The easiest way to
produce a groove
is to use
CYCLE93
The cycle can be
found and
parameterized
with the “Turn.” SK.
The relevant cycle
can now be found
using the vertical
SKs on the right.
Select “Groove”
using the vertical
SKs and
parameterize the
cycle according to
requirement.
With the “OK” SK, the setting is activated and the
selected cycle and data will be transferred to the part
program automatically as shown below.
The machine will cut a groove at the position specified in
the cycle.
