The easiest way to
cut off a part is to
use CYCLE92.
The cycle can be
found and
parameterized
using the “Turn.”
SK.
The relevant cycle
can now be found
using the vertical
SKs on the right.
Select “Cutoff” using
the vertical SKs and
parameterize the
cycle according to
requirements.
With the “OK” SK, the setting is activated and the
selected cycle and data will be transferred to the part
program automatically as shown below.
The machine will cut off a part at the position specified
in the cycle.
