Alarm 700033
Alarm description
The magazine moving key is pressed when the magazine or the spindle is not ready. The magazine cannot move in this
case.
PLC information
PLC address: DB1600.DBX4.1
Subroutine: DISK_MGZ_M (SBR 60)
Remedy
Press this key on the MCP to cancel the alarm.
Note
The magazine cannot
move in the following cases:
•
The spindle is rotating.
•
The magazine is rotating in the forward/reverse direction.
•
The spindle is executing the tool release command.
• The emergency stop state is activated.

Alarm 700034
Alarm description
This alarm appears because the spindle tool number is different from that in the program. The program cannot be executed
in this case.

Subroutine: DISK_MGZ_M (SBR 60)
Remedy
● Check whether the number of the tool to be activated in the current program is consistent with the number of the tool
currently loaded on the spindle.
● Make sure that you use the correct program search method to restart the program.
Note
Press the following key on the MCP to cancel the alarm after eliminating the faults.
