Alarm description
The program is incorrect. The programmed tool position number is larger than the maximum tool position number.

Subroutine: MAIN (OB1)
Remedy
Check the content of the part program, and edit the program according to the actual number of tools created.

Alarm 700024
Alarm description
The maximum number of tools is not set properly (should be set to 4 or 6) on the control system.

Remedy
Check whether the setting of MD14510[20] (max. tool number) is correct.

Alarm 700025
Alarm description
No position signals can be detected from the turret.

Subroutine: MAIN (OB1)
Remedy
● Check the turret encoder to see whether the turret signal interface is damaged.
● Check whether the turret has fault.
● Check the corresponding I/O interface on the back of the PPU for the following:
– Whether the connections are disconnected/broken
– Whether the terminals are damaged/loose
– Whether pin 10 is connected to 0 V properly
