Alarm 700026
Alarm description
This alarm appears because no tool position is detected within the time limit.
PLC information
PLC address: DB1600.DBX3.2
Subroutine: MAIN (OB1)
Remedy
● Check the turret encoder to see whether the turret signal interface is damaged.
● Check whether the turret has fault.
● Check the corresponding I/O interface on the back of the PPU for the following:
– Whether the connections are disconnected/broken
– Whether the terminals are damaged/loose
– Whether pin 10 is connected to 0 V properly
● Check whether the setting of MD14510[22] is correct (the value can be increased appropriately).

Alarm 700028
Alarm description
The control system does not detect the tool clamp signal.

PLC address: DB1600.DBX3.4
Subroutine: Turret3_CODE_T (SBR 53)
Remedy
Check the tool clamp signal in the following ways:
● Check whether the relevant input terminals on the back of the PPU are loose/damaged.
● Check whether the connections of relevant input terminals on the back of the PPU are damaged/broken.
● Check whether there is input signal at the corresponding input interface through the PLC monitoring.
