10.1 Manage MyResources /Tools
10.1.1 PLC connection for fast 1:1 exchange
If machine manufacturer provides a specific tool changing process, Manage MyRessources /
Tools facilitate a fast 1:1 exchange on this machines. In this case the loading door has to be
opened and closed once only during tool exchange.
The fast exchange is activated with the configuration file "mmrConfig.json". Manage
MyResources sets a PLC variable and starts or stops the fast 1:1 exchange.
PLC address
The address of PLC variable "ActionData" is defined in the following file:
SINUMERIK Operate with PCU:

After you have determined address "ActionData", for various machine types, you must
generate the "mmrConfig.json" configuration file.
The file is located in the following directory:
SINUMERIK Operate with PCU:

SINUMERIK Operate NCU:
/card/user/sinumerik/hmi/cfg/
HMI Advanced 7.6:

If the "mmrConfig.json" configuration file does not exist, the standard 1:1 exchange is used
