Charging USB devices
To use the USB port 3, the mains adapter 1
must be connected.
CAUTION
► Make sure that the power consumption of the
USB device does not exceed 800 mA. For more
information, refer to the operating instructions of
your USB device.
♦ Connect your USB device to the USB port
3
to recharge it.
♦ Disconnect your USB device from the USB port
3 when it is fully charged.
Troubleshooting
Synchronisation with DCF signal not possible
■ Disruptive obstacles or other interference sources
such as concrete walls or other radio transmission
appliances are interfering with DCF signal
reception.
Change the installation location (e.g. near a
window) and try again.
Connected USB device is not charging.
■ The radio-controlled projection alarm clock is not
connected to the mains.
Connect the mains adapter 1 to the radio-
controlled projection alarm clock.
■ No plug connection to the USB device.
Check the plug connection.
■ The power consumption of the connected USB
device is too high (> 800 mA).
The USB device cannot be charged.
