Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 kg white cabbage
1/2 bell pepper
85 g sugar
85 ml oil
85 ml vinegar
Approx. 1 tbsp. salt
A little pepper
Preparation
♦ Cut the cabbage into small pieces and process them with the coarse slicing
drum (II) 2.
♦ Cut the peppers so that they fit into the feed tube q and chop them with
the coarse rasping drum (IV) 4.
♦ Heat the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and a little pepper.
♦ Add this mixture to the cabbage and let it steep for about 2 hours.
Salad with feta cheese
Ingredients
2 large tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
200 g feta cheese
50 g olives
4 tbsp. of oil
1 lemon
30 g fresh herbs to taste (e.g. basil)
