Preparation
♦ Prepare the cucumber, pepper and onion so that they fit into the feed tube

Courgette casserole
Ingredients
6 courgettes
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 cup of boiled rice
1 egg
Approx. 30 ml milk
150 g Gruyère (Swiss hard cheese)
Salt and pepper
Preparation
♦ Prepare the courgettes, the potatoes and the onion so that they fit into the
feed tube q.
♦ Grate the courgettes and potatoes with the coarse rasping drum (IV) 4.
♦ Cut the onions with the coarse slicing drum (II). 2.
♦ Fry the vegetables briefly in a pan.
♦ Add a layer of rice and a layer of vegetables to the casserole dish.
♦ Mix the egg with the milk, salt and pepper and pour everything over the
casserole.
♦ Grate the Gruyère with the coarse rasping drum (IV) 4 and pour it over
the casserole.
♦ Bake the casserole at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
