mesiapartiredalladata
d'acquisto.
Lagaranziasilimitaalla
sostituzione delle parti
difettose ed esclude i
costi relativi a tempi di
riparazione o viaggi se
nonsonostatiautorizzati
daSIME.
La garanzia esclude
inoltre,speserelativead
eventualiperditeprodut-
tivecausatedalperiodo
difermodell'irrigatore.

cambiamenti o modi-

GUARANTEE
SIME sprinklers are
warranted for one year
fromdateoforiginalsale
against defects in ma-
terial and workmanship
only, when used within
theSIMEworkingspec-
ication.Theobbligation
underwarrantyislimited
to the replacement of
partsthat havefailedin
normal service and has
been duly reported by
SIMEorSIMEagent,and
assumenoresponsability
for any loss caused by
the block of action of
sprinklers.Noallowance
willbemadeforlaborfor
removal or replacement
of said parts, nor for
any travel to and from
the product to make
saidrepairswithoutprior
authorityofSIMEandthe
manufacturer will no be
liableforanycropordam-
ages resulting from any
defectorbreachofwar-
ranty.Themanufacturer
can modify or change
parts of all its products
without any obbligation
orliability.
