  There are several reasons why your Simoniz Pressure Washer motor might not be starting. First, ensure the main switch is in the “I” position. Check that the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. If you're using an extension cord, make sure it is a 25’ (7.6 m) or 50’ (15 m) 14/3 gauge cord. Try a different power outlet to rule out inadequate power supply. Finally, the pressure washer circuit breaker might have tripped; allow the device to cool down before restarting.

  If your Simoniz Pressure Washer isn't reaching high pressures, start by checking the garden hose; replace it with a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) hose if it's too small. Ensure the water supply isn't restricted by checking for kinks, leaks, or blockages in the hose. Fully open the water source. Inspect the water inlet filter for clogs and rinse it with warm water if necessary. Also, the pump might be sucking air; check that all hoses and fittings are airtight. Turn the device OFF, and purge the pump by pulling the trigger on the spray gun until a steady flow of water emerges through the nozzle.
