IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS – READ FIRST!

Safety Warnings

Basic precautions: read instructions, avoid jets at people/animals, keep away from wiring, operate near children, stay alert, wear goggles, cold water only, no solvents, dry connections, avoid gas vapors, avoid unstable surfaces, check ice, never carry by cord, allow air circulation, trigger lock.

Warning

No flammable liquids/chemicals. Injection hazard. Use components rated >= 1900 PSI. Shut off power before servicing. Do not spray electrical apparatus. Protect portable water system against backflow.

SAFETY FEATURES AND ELECTRICAL POWER INFORMATION

Motor Overload

Motor has overload protection that shuts it off if current is excessive or it overheats. Device resets automatically.

Grounding Instructions

Product must be grounded. Improper connection risks electrocution. Check outlet grounding with a qualified electrician. Do not modify plug.

Extension Cords

Cords not recommended; use only if plugged into GFCI. Use sufficient gauge, outdoor-rated, 3-wire cords. Do not use damaged cords. Keep cords dry.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Water Supply (Cold Water Only)

Do not draw non-water liquids. Use cold water supply only. Hose must be at least 1/2" diameter. Flow rate must not fall below 2 GPM. Water temperature must not exceed 40°C (104°F).

TROUBLESHOOTING

Motor Will Not Start

Check power connection, extension cord gauge/condition, outlet power, and reset breaker.

Unit Does Not Reach High-Pressure

Check hose diameter, water supply, inlet filter, and nozzle position. Ensure no air is being sucked.

Output Pressure Varies High and Low

Check inlet water supply, filter, nozzle obstruction, and calcification. Ensure hoses are airtight.

No Detergent

Check detergent level, connections, thickness, filter, and nozzle position.

Garden Hose Connection Leaks

Tighten fittings or insert a new rubber washer.

Spray Wand, Extension, or Nozzle Leaks

Check for broken o-rings or inserts; ensure nozzle is properly attached.

Pump is Noisy

Check for air in the pump and ensure fittings are airtight.

Water Leaks from Pump

Check for loose fittings or damaged water seals.

Oil Drip

Check for damaged oil seals.

Motor Buzzes but Fails to Run

Verify supply voltage, residual pressure, and avoid extension cords.
