ET digital monitor boards are referred to as daughter cards. These daughter cards mount in the ET motherboard
(Figure 13). There can be up to eight daughter cards in the ET, and each one is connected to an I/O board. The
I/O boards provide the necessary terminals for connection to external circuits.
