PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST

1. Flip both the enable switch and the engine start
switch, the engine shall fail to start.
2. Flip the engine start switch without flipping the
enable switch, the engine shall start normally.
3. Flip one function switch without flipping the
enable switch, the corresponding function shall be
inoperative.
4. Flip one function switch together with the enable
switch, the corresponding function shall operate
normally.
Articulated boom luffing switch
1. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
upward the articulated boom luffing switch, the
articulated boom shall go up smoothly without
shaking or abnormal noise if it is not raised in
place, but the articulated boom shall extend
smoothly without shaking or abnormal noise if it is
raised in place.
2. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
downward the articulated boom luffing switch, the
articulated boom shall retract smoothly without
shaking or abnormal noise if it is not retracted in
place, but the articulated boom shall be lowered
smoothly without shaking or abnormal noise if it is
retracted in place, and the buzzer will sound
intermittently.
Articulated boom telescoping switch
1. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
upward the articulated boom telescoping switch,
the articulated boom shall extend smoothly.
2. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
downward the articulated boom telescoping
switch, the articulated boom shall retract
smoothly.
Main boom luffing switch
1. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
upward the main boom luffing switch, the main
boom shall go up smoothly.
2. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
downward the main boom luffing switch, the main
boom shall go down smoothly, and the buzzer
shall sound.
Main boom telescoping switch
1. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move the
main boom telescoping switch to the right, the
main boom shall extend smoothly.
2. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move the
main boom telescoping switch to the left, the main
boom shall retract smoothly.
Turntable rotation switch
1. Flip the enable switch and meanwhile move
upward the turntable rotation switch, the turntable
shall rotate anticlockwise.
2. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
downward the turntable rotation switch, the
turntable shall rotate clockwise.
