PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST
REAR DETECTION SWITCH
When the rear detection indicator light is on, the drive
function shall be turned off. Turn on the rear
detection switch, the light shall go out and the drive
fucntion shall resume.
NOTICE
When driving reverse, the machine will drive and
steer in opposite direction as indicated.
BUZZER
The buzzer shall give an sound-light alarm at variable
frequency when the following situations occur:
• Main boom, foldable boom or jib boom down
• Machine overloaded
• Machine tilted
• Length sensor faulted
• Angle sensor faulted
• Other faults
SYSTEM DISTRESS INDICATOR
LIGHT
The system distress indicator light will be lit under
any of the following conditions:
• Failure of weight sensor
• Turntable tilting alarm
• CAN bus error
• Other faults
OVERLOAD INDICATOR LIGHT
When the load on the platform exceeds the platform
capacity, the overload indicator light will be lit.
CHASSIS TILT INDICATOR LIGHT
When the machine is tilted, the tilt alarm will sound
and the chassis tilt indicator light will be lit.
NOTICE
When the main boom lifts or telescopes out, the
chassis tilt indicator light goes on, be sure to retract
and lower the boom in place.
PLATFORM TILT INDICATOR LIGHT
If the platform tilts excessively, the platform tilt
indicator light will be on.
LENGTH SENSOR FAULT
INDICATOR LIGHT
When the length sensor has a fault, the length sensor
fault indicator light shall be on.
