10.5.2 Exchanging PV String Fuses within the SMA DC Disconnect
1. Disconnect the Sunny Boy on the AC and DC sides.
2. Wait 5 minutes until the residual voltage has been drained.
3. Open the SMA DC Disconnect as described in section 6.3 ”Opening the SMA DC Disconnect”
(page 39).
4. Replace the fuse (1, 2, 3, or 4).
5. Close the SMA DC Disconnect as described in section 6.8 ”Closing the SMA DC Disconnect”
(page 59).
6. Switch the AC and DC disconnect switches back on.
