Remove screw : turning anti-clockwise
using a suitably sized Phillips screw-
driver and put in a safe place.

Insert a suitable tool, e.g. a coin, into
the
opening
of the key. Turn the tool until
battery tray cover ; opens. When doing
so, do not hold cover ; shut.

Remove battery tray cover ;.

Remove battery =.

Insert the new battery with the positive
terminal
facing
upwards. Use a lint-free
cloth to do so.

Make sure that the surface of the battery
is free from lint, grease and all other
forms of contamination.

Insert battery tray cover ; into the
housing and press to close.
X
Replace screw : and tighten clockwise
using a suitably sized Phillips screw
driver.
X
Check the function of all key buttons on
the vehicle.
