6. AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES
The oven features 4 runners for positioning
trays and racks at different heights.
Oven rack: for cooking food on plates,
small cakes, roasts or food requiring light
grilling.
Tray rack: for placing on top of a tray for
cooking foods which may drip.
Oven tray: useful for collecting fat from
foods placed on the rack above.
Baking tray: useful for cooking cakes, pizza
and confectionery.
Roasting spit: useful for cooking chicken,
sausages and anything else requiring
uniform cooking over the whole surface.
Only for auxiliary oven.
Spit Frame: to be inserted in the guides of
the auxiliary oven before using the spit.
Optional accessories
The bottom skirting, self-cleaning oven liners and barbecue rack can be
ordered through our Authorised Service Centres.
Barbecue rack: this open rack is for
installation on the barbecue element instead
of the aluminium plate.
