Lamb Cutlets
Ingredients
300g lamb cutlets
2 tsp of soy sauce
Ground black pepper
Method
1. Combine the soy sauce, ground pepper, brandy and olive oil until mixed
evenly.
2. Rub the mixture onto the lamb cutlets and allow it to marinate for at least 1
hour prior to cooking.
3. Place the lamb cutlets into the mesh basket.
4. Place the mesh basket on top of the baking tray, then place the baking tray
into the middle position of the Air Fryer Oven.
5. Select AIR FRY on the function dial.
6. Set the Oven Temperature Dial 180ºC.
7. Set the oven timer dial to 20 mins.
8. Serve on a bed of salad or a side of homemade chips (optional).
