Potato Wedges
Ingredients
• 400-500g potatoes (depending on size)
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp of ground cumin
• 1 tbsp of ground coriander
• 1 tbsp of ground paprika
Method
1. Slice the potatoes into wedges.
2. Soak potato wedges in water for approximately 20 minutes, then drain and pat
dry on a paper towel.
3. Mix the olive oil, salt, cumin, coriander and paprika in a bowl until evenly
combined. Then rub the mixture over the potato wedges.
4. Place the potato wedges into the frying basket, ensuring they are evenly
spaced. Insert the frying basket and pan into the Air Fryer.
5. Select the
preset function, then press the
button to commence cooking.
6. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce (optional).
