Why won't my Snapper XD 1696871 Snow Blower start?

If your Snapper Snow Blower doesn't start, it might be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the battery is adequately charged by following the charging procedures outlined in the battery and charger manual or this manual. Also, make sure you're properly using the lock-out button and trigger switch by pressing and holding the lock-out button, and while holding it, press the switch trigger. If the battery is too cold, remove it from the snow shovel, place it on the charger for 10 minutes, then reinstall it. Finally, verify that the battery is fully inserted into the housing.
