      If the GFCIFault occurs occasionally, it might be due to abnormal external circuits. The inverter should automatically return to normal once the issue is resolved. If the fault happens frequently and persists, inspect the insulation resistance between the PV array and the ground. Also, check the insulation of the PV cable.

      If the GridOFP alarm occurs frequently, verify that the grid voltage and frequency are within the acceptable range. If they are not, contact technical support. If they are within range, check the AC circuit breaker and AC wiring of the inverter. If the grid voltage/frequency is within the acceptable range and AC wiring is correct, while the alarm occurs repeatedly, contact technical support to change the grid over-voltage, under-voltage, over frequency, under-frequency protection points after obtaining approval from the local electrical grid operator.
