If the grid voltage/frequency is outside the acceptable range and the AC wiring is correct, but the alarm persists, contact technical support to adjust the grid over-voltage, under-voltage, over-frequency, and under-frequency protection points after getting approval from the local electrical grid operator. The possible cause is that the electric grid is abnormal occasionally.
