Problem: Tub will not heat up to desired operating temperature.
Cause: Environment is not right for tub to heat properly.
Solution:
1. To heat faster, turn off air control valves completely (no air bubbles in
jets).
2. Fit lid onto the tub.
3. Set temperature to 104º F/40º C and allow the motor unit to cycle sev-
eral times until the thermostat control shuts off.
Problem: Tub and/or motor unit leaks water.
Cause: Water will typically be observed where the motor unit attaches to
the tub. This is called “casual moisture” from condensation.
Solution:
1. Dry the area.
2. Check that hose clamps are tight.
3. Identify origin of leaking water.
A. Check tub for water at tub side of bottom hose connection or
around the bottom edge of tub.
B. Check the motor unit for water on the motor side of hose
connection or under the motor unit.
4. Tub leaks should be verified by your dealer. Contact them.
5. A leaking motor unit should be taken to your dealer. Unplug, drain tub,
and remove.
Problem: The air control is turning on and off on its’ own during heat calls
and filter cycles.
Cause: The tub is automatically adding ozone.
Solution:
1. None necessary. The tub is doing what it is designed to do.
