  If the hot water function isn't working on your SOLIS Coffee Maker, check if the water tank is empty, ensure the pre-heating phase was completed, and verify the steam/hot water control is turned on. Also, the hot water function may have been used for more than 2 minutes consecutively. Fill the water tank, wait until the 1 and 2 cup buttons light up constantly, and turn the steam/hot water control to the maximum position.

Why steam is not steaming the milk in SOLIS BARISTA PERFETTA PLUS?

  The steam may fail to steam the milk if the steam button hasn't been pressed or is still blinking, the milk jug is too big or unsuitable in shape, or you're using milk with less than 3.3% milk protein. The machine can only produce steam after reaching its operating temperature. The steam function is active when the steam button lights up white constantly while the coffee buttons are off. The steam/hot water control must be turned to the maximum position.

  If you notice water pooling under your SOLIS Coffee Maker, it's likely because the drip tray is filled with water. Empty and clean the drip tray to resolve this.

Why is coffee dripping from the portafilter rim on my SOLIS BARISTA PERFETTA PLUS?

  If coffee is dripping out of the rim of the portafilter on your SOLIS Coffee Maker, it could be due to using too much coffee in the filter or coffee grounds sticking to the sealing ring of the brewing head. Make sure to use the correct amount of coffee. Turn off the machine, wait until it has cooled down, and then clean the filter, the portafilter, and the brewing head with its sealing ring.
