Weekly Care and Cleaning
CAUTION
To avoid overheating and oven damage, lter should be cleaned regularly.
DO NOT operate oven without lter in place.
Air Filters
1. Locate the air filter below the oven door (Fig. 11).
2. Turn the thumbscrew counterclockwise until the
filter is released (Fig. 12).
3. Wash filter in hot water and mild detergent. Scrub
with a soft brush or clean cloth.
4. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. To reinstall, place the filter in position and turn the
thumbscrew clockwise to tighten (Fig. 13).

Monthly Care and Cleaning
Discharge Air Vents
1. Check monthly for a buildup of cooking vapors
along intake and discharge louvers on bottom
and back of oven.
2. Clean air vents with a damp cloth to ensure
proper airflow.
3. Dry thoroughly.
